Information we collect
You don't need an account to use this website, and there are no forms on it. We collect very little:
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
Joining the community
When you click "Join now", you leave this website and go to our community on Skool (skool.com). Creating an account, payments and membership are handled by Skool, under Skool's own privacy policy and terms. We receive the information Skool shares with community owners, such as your name, email address and membership status, and we use it to run the community and support you.
Third-party content and cookies
This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Some content on the page comes from other companies, and they may receive your IP address or set cookies when you interact with it:
- YouTube, when you play an embedded video or load video thumbnails
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on this site
- Instagram, YouTube and Skool, if you follow a link to them
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy.
How we use information
We use information to run and secure this website, reply to your messages, and support members of our community. We don't sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and community (such as our hosting provider and Skool), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you've sent us by emailing Talent@shophouseatx.com. You can also cancel your Skool membership at any time through Skool.
Children
This website and our program are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
